GODSPEED GRANNY ROBISON

Granny and Bill (Beyers) were fixtures at the AMA and CCS events nationwide and especially at

Moroso in West Palm Beach, Fl. Bill and Granny did everything at the track. She would be working

the sign up window and if your paperwork wasn't up to snuff, you got the look first then a scolding.

She was forever telling me little secrets about other folks. I'm sure she told a few about me too!

Those of us who were in racing for the last 30 plus years all know how much fun the two

of them were. And, just so you know.. and I can attest to this: you better be on your

toes when you get to the pearly gates. Knowing Granny, she will be waiting.

Bill is staying in Naples Florida.

Drop him a note and say hey! I know he would love to hear from you

Want to leave a note or story here, just email it to me, I'll post it

We'll miss you Granny!!!!

GODSPEED JIM LESTER

Our old buddy Jim Lester lost his life recently near Deland, Florida.

Jimmy was a hard chaging racer with a big heart, a big smile and a good family man. He will

be missed by all of us who had the pleasure of knowing him. Our sincere best wishes

go out to Jim's family and friends. He will be missed!

Tiffany Ann Weirbach

I met Tiffany online a few years ago and she really struck a chord with me.
Always going full speed, enjoying life and the motorcycle family around her.
Sadly in October she passed away. Her Family keeps her website up and running.

Gone But Not Forgotten
Dr. John W. Kearney

The south Florida motorcycle and racing community lost one of its own on Saturday. May 8th, 2002 ironically just a few miles from Moroso Motorsports Park, the race track where Dr. John W. Kearney had spent so many hours looking after many racers and a few fans.

He started coming out to the track in 1982 when Henry DeGouw started promoting racing at the track. He was always on hand to watch the action, consult when necessary and assisted the EMT’s in serious injury cases. Many times I would look over my shoulder in turn one and he would be running to an injured rider.

He loved racing, the racers and being at the track. He rode his motorcycle often enjoying the freedom that so many of us share. Dr. Kearney loved life and enjoyed may other activities. Flying, fishing, bicycling and photography and he was an excellent doctor.

Dr. Kearney was a fixture at our races for 20 years and he will be missed by all.
We all pray for the family and friends he left behind.

GODSPEED Dr. Kearney
